We don’t believe in a mechanical approach to client care. Every client is given a tailored service based on individual needs. We carry out an initial assessment of documents and information and advise prospects on achieving a desired outcome, timescales and different legal strategies.
Clients often worry about the cost of legal services. Rather than applying a fixed hourly rate or flat fee, we consider the scale and scope of work and agree a transparent charging structure with you, always seeking to recover costs from the other party as far as possible.
It’s best to go into legal action with all the facts, so we are upfront in telling you if we think your claim is unlikely to succeed. Our in-house commercial knowledge means we can also help you to find solutions that will future-proof your business against problems happening again.View our services
